PM2 was created by its Principals – Damir Priskich and Gregory Miller – to provide a high standard of Owner / Tenant Representation services to residential, commercial and institutional clients.

Our commitment is to achieve value through efficient and objective representation, provided with a high degree of flexibility to suit particular requirements of each assignment. Getting it built is our motivation – and offers the best assessment of our performance – a record of which we are proud.

PM2 has a wealth of experience between its founding principals and a select staff and consultant team. The principals have worked together for over seven years. Most notably that experience includes the successful implementation of a new computer manufacturing plant for Sun Microsystems in Newark, California.

PM2 is capable of either augmenting a client's in-house staff or supplying a full service consultant staff for overall coordination and management of a project. We approach each project individually to suit the needs and preferences of the client. We adapt to each situation.

To it we bring the knowledge and expertise critical to work closely with the client to define and achieve it's objectives for schedule, cost and quality control while simultaneously dealing with the full range of consultants, agencies, contractors and vendors that may be required to realize the client’s vision.

Providing complete advisory and management services for the investor in developing or re-developing properties including assisting the owner's legal, financial and real estate consultants in market evaluation and strategies, selection of the design/construction consultant team and full administration of construction contracts.

    For Buildings
    Property analysis and reports covering existing conditions, deferred maintenance and repairs, code compliance, hazardous materials, building area analysis, value-added potentials and lease and cash flow analyses.

    For Tenant Spaces
    Assess Lease provisions for design and construction impacts, Tenant Improvement Allowances, Landlord Review processes, Rentable/Usable Areas, Infrastructural services, space comparisons and value engineering.

Forensic, Investigative and Cost Recovery
PM2 personnel are experienced in forensic analysis of Construction Projects which have encountered difficulties.

Specialty Services
Preliminary space fit-out studies, preliminary zoning use and bulk analyses, building code and local law analyses, feasibility studies, facilities planning, project scheduling and budgeting.
