The Principals of PM2 have collaborated as Owner / Tenant Representatives since 1997. They initially worked together at Sun Microsystems where they provided Project and Construction Management for the design and implementation of Sun's Newark 10 manufacturing facility.

Recent experience includes work for Pacific Gas and Electric, the University of San Francisco, the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel, International House at UC Berkeley, and Equity Office Properties Trust.

Combined the principals possess over 40 years of project and construction management experience. They have individually and collaboratively led projects from concept to completion in challenging situations, many ahead of schedule and below estimated costs.

This work has allowed them to develop a thorough understanding of the issues related to design and construction so they are able to anticipate and address the challenges to a project’s success that lurk in the building process. Each is adept in formulating effective on-site construction strategies to achieve cost, quality and scheduling objectives.

PM2 is able to bring a ready management expertise and leadership to any type or scale of building project.
